Register to create your own password and access your report. Be sure to print a
copy of your registration for your records. Your district
name will not appear in the drop down menu on the log in page until you have
registered

Complete your report and save it. You may return at a later time to edit your
report if needed.

Submit your report. If you need to edit your report after submitting it, you
may log in to edit it up until the June 30 deadline.
